Corporate travel booking software for agencies serving companies
Nodes Travels is built for agencies, not as an in-house expense tool. It handles the booking, invoicing and payment side of business travel well; company-specific approval chains and travel policies are something we would build with you.
What fits corporate clients today
Traveller accounts
Each traveller or travel desk has an account with booking history, invoices and saved travellers for faster checkout.
Invoices per booking
Paid bookings produce an invoice the client can download from their account, numbered by financial year.
Pay links for agreed fares
Quote a trip, then send a payment link with a PDF summary to the finance contact.
Group travel enquiries
Offsites and conferences come through the group travel form as leads you quote and follow up.
Exportable reports
Revenue by vertical, supplier and payment method, plus CSV exports of bookings and leads for client statements.

Frequently asked questions
Can a company's employees sign in with Google?
Yes, Google sign-in is supported if you enable it. Company-wide SAML or Azure AD sign-in would be custom.
Can I give a corporate client special prices?
Not per company today. Markups are set per channel (B2C or B2B). You could approve a travel desk as a B2B account so it sees B2B pricing.
How long would approvals and policies take to add?
It depends on the rules your clients need. Send us the requirements and we will give a fixed quote.
Have corporate accounts to serve?
Send us your clients' must-haves and we will tell you plainly what is ready and what needs building.
