Sales add-ons for your travel storefront
Small tools that turn browsers into bookings, each configurable from your admin and switched off until you turn it on. None of them needs a developer or a code change.
A travel visitor often has one question before they book: is the hotel near the beach, can the date move, is the fare refundable. The add-ons below give them a quick way to ask, remind them of a real offer, and tell you which ads bring buyers. Every one is configurable from your admin, stored as a setting in your own database, and costs nothing extra beyond any fee the outside service (a chat provider, for example) charges you.
Talk to visitors
Live chat, your choice of provider
Paste the ID from tawk.to, Chatway, Crisp, Tidio, LiveChat, Zendesk Messaging, Intercom, Freshchat, HubSpot, JivoChat, Smartsupp, Olark or Zoho SalesIQ, or the owner can add a custom script. The widget loads after the page has finished loading, never in the admin, and can be limited to desktop or mobile and kept off checkout.
WhatsApp button
A floating button that opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message, using the number in your contact settings. The sales add-on version names the trip the traveller was looking at, lets you pick the left or right side, adds an optional call button and moves clear of the chat bubble.
Newsletter and price alerts
Collect emails for offers, with an unsubscribe link for every subscriber, and let travellers ask to be emailed when the lowest fare for a flight search drops. Alerts are notifications only: no price is held or promised.
Promote real offers
Announcement bar
One line above the header for a sale, a new route or a holiday notice, with a link and a choice of colour. The sales add-on version adds a promo code and start and end dates, so it switches itself off.
Offer popup
Shown when a visitor moves to leave the page, with real promo codes from your coupon list. It stays off checkout and booking pages and waits days before showing again. The sales add-on version can also open after a delay you choose.
Storefront themes
Classic is included; corporate, luxe, trail and minimal looks are switched in Admin → Themes. See the themes.
Measure and follow up
Ad pixels behind consent
Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel IDs, alongside the existing Google Analytics and Tag Manager fields. Nothing loads until the visitor accepts the cookie banner, and a purchase event is sent once per paid booking.
Abandoned-booking reminder
Travellers can tick a box at checkout to get one reminder email, after the delay you set, linking back to a booking they left unpaid. Nothing is sent without that tick, and it is one email, not a sequence.

Frequently asked questions
Do the add-ons cost extra?
No. They are part of the platform in every edition. Outside services such as a paid chat plan are billed by that provider, not by us.
Will a chat widget slow my site down?
The chat script is requested only after the page has finished loading, so it does not delay the first view. With every add-on switched off, no extra script is loaded at all.
Can I use a chat tool that is not on the list?
Yes. The owner account can add a custom script from the provider's install instructions. Other admin roles cannot, because a script runs with full access to the page.
Are the pixels compliant with cookie rules?
They follow the same consent banner as Google Analytics: nothing loads before Accept, and Reject removes their cookies. Whether that is enough for your market is a question for your own legal adviser.
