Frequently asked questions
Can I sell only my own hotels without any supplier?
Yes. Owner-listed hotels work with no supplier key. Add them in Admin > Hotels.
Which supplier should I start with?
Most agencies start with LiteAPI because self-serve sign-up is available. Booking.com Demand requires partner approval first.
Is cancellation handled automatically?
Cancellations and refunds are recorded in Admin > Bookings. Supplier-side cancellation follows that supplier's own process and terms.
